The remote controlled tactical input guardian electromagnetic railgun is a prototype weapon of Republic military origin. The cannon can be mounted in any elevated location to provide supporting fire from locations provided by troops in the field. The cannon uses a small fusion cell to accelerate 0.2kg tungsten slugs to 0.6% the speed of light. Once deployed, however, the mount cannot be retrieved.
